Aimed at ages 3-9 years, but you know your child best. I’ll be encouraging you all to join in a lovely stretchy wake up yer body yoga!

Welcome spring equinox with a family sunrise yoga and campfire cooked breakfast! There’ll be time to explore and play Nature’s Nest including dens, mud kitchen, hammocks, swings, cosy book area and the magic that being out early morning brings! We will also spend some time barefoot, please bring a small towel to dry muddy toes!

All attendees need a ticket - hot drinks and breakfast included.

Please bring a yoga/camp mat.
